  • Available evidence (screenshots or chat messages).

Response times

  • Critical errors (game not working): 24-48 hours.
  • Behavior reports: 2-3 business days.
  • General requests: 3-5 business days.

Code of conduct

Allowed:

  • Fair and competitive play.
  • Respectful communication.
  • Reporting technical or behavior issues.

Not allowed:

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language.
  • Cheats or use of external tools.
  • Repeated intentional match abandonment.
  • Spam or unsolicited advertising.
  • Harassment toward other players.

Violations may result in: warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
